February 1946 Established Shoda Seisakusho Co., Ltd. in Fuchu City, Tokyo.
April 1946 Began manufacturing hydraulic jacks.
May 1950 Received approval from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry for hydraulic jacks as excellent parts for automobiles.
September 1950 Began supplying hydraulic jacks to automobile manufacturers for in-vehicle use.
Oct. 1955 Obtained JIS labeling approval for hydraulic jacks.
March 1959: Began production of automotive maintenance equipment.
February 1961 Reorganized as Shoda Manufacturing Co.
August 1961: Began production of automobile inspection equipment.
September 1963 Moved the head office and factory to the present location.
May 1964 Started business with overseas customers.
March 1965 Spun off the automobile maintenance division and established Shoda Automobile Industries Co.
June 1970 Shoda Koki Co., Ltd. is established in Akishima City.
September 1972 Osaka branch office opened.
February 1973: Begins production of hydraulic cylinders.

October 1991 Nagoya office opened.

March 2003: Nagoya Sales Office merged with Osaka Branch.
July 2005: Company name changed from Hangzhou Masada Hydraulic (China) Co.
April 2006: Obtained ISO 14001:2004 certification.
September 2008: Osaka Branch relocated to Sakai City.
